I was a bit disappointed . the fitness center was smaller than i expected. i also found the lack of staff fluent in multiple languages at the reception inconvenient, especially since it is supposed to be a 5-star hotel. There were some difficulties communicating. it seems a refresh or update of some facilities would be welcome.

the location is excellent being very close to the train station. a large comfortable room. breakfast had an excellent buffet. it offered a wide variety of choices.

the public areas looked dated. it seemed as if the decor peaked in the 90s. the tub and shower combo needed updating. the shower head was hard to adjust

the location was acceptable as it was near many attractions.

the gym was a letdown there were no weights lighter than 4.4 kilos available and the ventilation didn't start working until 5 am it was also misleading to advertise the fitness area as 24/7 when basic amenities were missing i found it disappointing that a hotel of this supposed calibre couldn't provide a more complete fitness experience the lack of lighter weights limited my workout options.
